I've been playing the drums since 1983-ish.

Well, not continuously...

That'd be incredible.  lol

I played bass in the mid to late 80's in a couple bands in junior high and high school.  I still have it but it just gathers dust...

I did do a little bit of engineering/quasi-producing in college, as our school had a really cool but small studio.  I did all the stuff here under "Older Stuff" in 1996 and 1997.

His inspirations are Michael Hedges, Leo Kottke, Alan Price, Randy Newman, Celtic Frost, VoiVod, Sabbat (UK), Coroner, and King's X.  I think you can tell which come across more in his music... lol

Bass and just enough guitar to plonk it out of tune and make the guitarist angry. I know just enough drums to know when a drummer sucks.

Started with guitar and played that for about 5 years (long enough to learn every note of the first 5 Metallica albums and a good chunk of Slayer too  lol ) before picking up bass and switching completely to that.

Been playing for 20 years now!    Evil Nana

I started with piano when I was about 6, and played that till I switched to saxophone at about 10.  I played that all the way through the end of college.  Mixed in there was a little clarinet and violin.

Meanwhile, I took up bass at about 14, and that's really the only thing I still play regularly.  I can noodle on the guitar, but wouldn't really call it "playing".   Buck Teeth
