so who has a facebook?

I started it, then shyed away from it.  I rarely use it, but try to get on about once a week.

My TRUE friends know that I am here and on the Braveboard...which is kinda sad, but it is what it is.  I hate that most of the people now that I consider friends are 2000+ miles away.

My wife just signed up my 11 year old for a Facebook account.  It's going to be one of his X-Mas 'gifts.'

Any opinions on that?  He's been wanting one.  I'm wondering if me staying quiet about it is a good thing or a bad thing.

i think if the security settings are set so they are strict (ie everything private) and you or your wife stay friends with him on it and monitor his activity....its ok.  There are a lot of cool games you can play on facebook hahah :)

Yeah, I'm just really not on Facebook anymore since it's Firewalled here at the high school...which is of course, a good thing.

i know several kids who do at that age....thankfully my ex hasn't allowed mine yet
