According to Billboard.com, HEAVEN AND HELL — the band featuring BLACK SABBATH members Tony Iommi (guitar), Ronnie James Dio (vocals), Geezer Butler (bass) and Vinny Appice (drums) — has set "The Devil You Know" as the title of its debut album, due on April 28 via Rhino. Songtitles set to appear on the CD include "Bible Black", "Rock & Roll Angel", "Breaking Into Heaven", "Atom & Evil" and "Eating the Cannibals".

Awesome news.  I really liked the 3 new songs that were on the Dio compilation.  And an April release is just perfect.

New Green Day?  Any further news on that Release?

I remember reading that as well.  Either way, the name doesn't really matter to me-- I just hope the album kicks ass, cannibals aside.

I'm pretty sure it's Tony that owns it.  I found these ad there are a bunch more on google saying the same.  But then again, none of this is directly from Tony or Ozzy.

I could have sworn I read that part of the deal of when Ozzy did the Reunion with Black Sabbath is he got ownership of the band name.  I could be wrong, certainly wouldn't be the first time and won;t be the last. jester
