Is anyone planning on going to Adrian's Memorial on Jan 17th?

M_K, any idea what times your possible flights might be arriving in Buffalo?

I'm open for staying anywhere so whatever you find is cool with me.  When I travel, the only time I'm in the hotel is pretty much when I go to sleep.

I always use Priceline and stay in 4 Star hotels for a 2 star price!   For example, we pay the price for 3 nights for a 4 star hotel what Zekeyou, Big Ben and M_K spend for one night near the venue in a 2 Star hotel!!

Be sure to look at a map or Google Earth if you look into rooms.  More than likely we'll want to take a cab to the venue (it's going to be a drunk fest with everyone buying everyone beers) so you gotta factor in distance into it.

I don;t drink...or if I do, it is one...ask M_K.  I don;t think he has seen me drink a beer yet.

If I attend, I would be driving over on Saturday, attending the memorial, trying to catch a couple hours sleep, and then driving home on Sunday,,,,,I'm exhausted just thinking about it,,,,,

I don't usually drink either but for DOTE, we were all h a m m e r e d.    

I can definitely see it happening again.  People toasting Adrian, meeting everyone from the boards, etc.

LAX to Buffalo times are all screwed up.

I will have to leave on a Thursday night just to get in Friday late morning. There are no direct flights.  I will have no choice but to take the 16th off, which is fine...that is no problem at all.

But, for us Americans, Monday is Martin Luther King, so I will have no problems leaving on Sunday...I can leave late.
