Figured I start something in this thread since it seems to be neglected.

I play guitar and bass.  Record at home but nothing too serious.

I sing along to stuff pretty well, and sang in a bar band in college and in a metal band in high school.  I didn't get laughed at so I must not have sucked too much.

I don;t think I sound "metal" enough for metal though, and got tired of singing rock stuff so I stopped.

I used to play guitar but haven't in years.

I can't carry a tune in a basket,,,,,at least not as a lead singer.  I can do some limited backing vocals without too many problems, even while I'm playing drums,,,,,

I play the geeetar.  Occasionally bass.  Keys now and then.

I started playing when I was about 9, I'm 35 now.  I should be much better by now.  Ugh.

But it's still fun!

I CAN play bass, but I haven't played in over a year.  Didn't have time while I was in my last year at university, and now I'm not picking my bass up from my parents' place until we actually have the space for it.  I seriously should've sold this one and kept the other one.. it was much smaller..   Sad  lol, I need a condo-size bass  YES

I played drums as a teen and young adult.  But, career and marriage gets in the way.

I also never knew how to paradiddle correctly (i.e. hitting drum/snare twice in one stroke).  This hinders your ability to play the instrument well.
