they will not be around again till 2010 in north america, so if you are a fan and are still thinkin about it, stop thinking and go. definitely worth it.

I saw them for the first time last October and thought they were great live with the new singer.  I can only imagine that she's improved since then because that was one of the first dates of the tour.

So, no touring until 2010, does that mean we can expect a new album next year or early 2010?  I really liked Dark Passion Play, so I'm excited about new stuff.

Your suprised???  I think the new singer, and album have lost them a lot of fans, they sure have in the UK!

Sweet!

If I'm not mistaken, one of the main reasons for sacking Tarja is because she didn't want to tour clubs in NA, so I was pleased to finally be able to see them.

it was more than that, but i guess you gotta read the book or somehting.

when I was with them at the end of the 2005 North American tour, taking them to the airport & hanging out for a few days with them, i witnessed first hand the distance between her and the remainder of the band. she was still nice as pie to me, but there were barriers completely present and evident.

I sort of got that from watching the End of an Era DVD, especially the bonus stuff.  But I figured maybe that was edited that way intentionally.  Guess not.
