So, I think I told everyone that I am now doing the music for my son's home hockey games.

So, I have been scouring the collection over the last 3 days and I now have about 275 songs to choose from. 

As I got to the P's last night, I ran across this one that I have not listened to for a loooonnnngggg time. 



I picked the first 3 tracks to choose between face offs.

1) For Dear Life
2) Steady Decline
3) Beg To Differ

These will be 3 good grooving tracks for the people to listen to.

hmmm don;t have this one on my iPod, just Cleansing.... I do have the cd at home. I probably need to add it though.  Di dyou forget the format again dude??      Tell us about the album, do the tracklisting!!!!!!!!  then do the album cover....   j/k

actually after looking at BNR metal, I may not have this one.  it maybe Prove You Wrong that I also have. I will look when I get home.

They definitely had some cool stuff (Snap Your Fingers, Snap Your Neck & Whose Fist Is This Anyway? off the Cleansing album being my favorites) but to me, this is one of those bands that I really wanted to like more than I actually did..... if that makes sense?

Beg To Differ and Prove You Wrong were BIG albums for me way back when. I own these two on cassette, believe it or not. I really should track them down on CD. Terrific records.

This is a totally different kind of band...I'd label it as groove metal, if that makes any sense...does it?  

Their songs sound like they should be played at 90 miles an hour, but Parsons kept the drumming at a moderate pace.

I like Beg To Differ.  It's simple yet clever and ultra catchy. 

That said, I never thought they had a real solid album.  This album was close but to me Rude Awakening was their peak.  That album took the brilliance from Cleansing and expanded it across a whole album.  Good band in general.  I really enjoyed Power of the Damager.
