Finally finished off the series and saw the 3rd Underworld

Better than I expected, what with not having Selene and all.

almost forgot - we also checked out the Halloween 2 remake - it was unbearably bad.  Even AI didn't like it, and he liked the first one.

Someone needs to throw Rob Zombie into the Marianas Trench damn it.

I saw House of 1,000 Corpses & hated it so didn't bother with the sequel. In spite of better judgement I didn't believe that asshole could fuck up Halloween but somehow he did so I wasn't going near the sequel. Plus that dumb cartoon film he made was the crap icing on the do-do cake. He's as talentless as the redundent band he's in.

I never did bother seeing that. I didn't really understand why Zombie felt the need to do the sequel. The first remake was alright but shit, it did not leave me wanting a remake of the second. lol

I like 95% of what Rob Zombie does (movies and music), but yeah, that movie was....brutal.  I spent much of the movie doing this:

I haven't seen it yet, but it's my understanding (judging by previews and the whole Grindhouse experience a few years ago) that that's the intent.

Very much looking forward to it.
