VERY Cool!!!  WE have Digital Cable so we just get the DVR box from our Cable company but that is a thought!! idea

Also, and don't quote me on this, but I think some of the DVR's have built in DVD recorders as well...I think one may be able to transfer DVR recorded shows to DVD...I think...I need to look into it more...

cool, we have one of those DVD/VCR recorders, but have never hooked it up to the DVD to try and burn any of the stuff we have recorded on the DVR
