It's up for pre-order on the Orphaned Land site. 

It is super-cheap, too.

Deluxo version is $81
Limited Edition is $45
Standard Edition is $34

I'm guessing there is shipping, too.

Sell the truck, buy the DVD.

The deluxe is hardback and has 2dvd, 1 cd and a 64 page book.
The limited version is the 2dvd/1 cd.

I guess I will match up the UPC code elsewhere then just to be sure.

Since it says "Deluxe," I was assuming it had all the bells and whistles.

Of course, I had a problem with DeepDiscount in the past with them shipping a wrong CD.
