Yeah.

They've called back a few times asking to talk about the extremely negative feedback I left them for our interaction, but refuse to understand why they're wrong and refuse to admit their service stinks.

My AT&T contract expired yesterday, so today I'll be trying to make the switch to Verizon and the iPhone.
