I was researching something else and looked through some old ticket stubs.  These aren't the first concerts I went to, but they are the oldest ticket stubs I could find.  BTW, The Eric Clapton show had Muddy Waters [awesome].  My first concert was 1976 QUEEN and THIN FUCKING LIZZY at the University of Maryland Cole Field House  shred





So tell me, what are some of your earliest concerts attended.

First one was Rush on the Signals tour at the Cap Center in Largo, MD.  Not a bad way to start!

My first concert was Iron Maiden - Beast On The Road with ANVIL opening at the Verdun Auditorium.
I was 15 years old and the show was the night before my birthday if I remember correctly  devilbang

Not at all, that's an awesome start to concerts.  First one for me and Rush was A Farewell to Kings.  Loved them, especially back in the 70's.  They were in my top 5 of bands back then.

Iron Maiden (Powerslave Tour) with Twisted Sister opening
