They often get lumped into that category, I think mostly because of the time they hit the scene,,,,,but I don't think they are actually a thrash band,,,,,,just a fantastic traditional heavy metal band.

Supposedly,,,,,anybody who had emailed the band several years ago, was supposed to get an email regarding purchase details. I used to get updates about the DVD, but I haven't gotten the email that tells me it's ready for purchase,,,,,at least not yet,,,,,

Metal Church was thrash yes...we each have our own opinions and that is fine, but I stand behind mine. Even if you took those 8 bands off the list M_K, that would still only make Wargasm the 16th best US thrash band. Tier 3 in the US, indeed.

Thanks to M_K I have an appreciation for this album. :m: Revenge rules. In fact I'll put it on right now, otherwise it'll be stuck in my head all night.
I do prefer Ugly to this and Suicide Notes but all three are excellent. If popularity and how well known a band is determines the tier, these guys were way down the list. Many thrash bands have never heard them r heard of them but like Powermad, it's doesn't make them any worse. Probably a top 10 U.S. thrash band for me.
