Fire in the Hole   3:50
Mob Justice   5:00
Chain of Fools   4:16
Shadow Company   6:19
Holiday in Cambodia   3:46
Bad Blood   4:36
Chasin' Charlie   4:41
Mirror to Madness   5:09
The Omen   6:38

We all know the golden era of thrash metal was the Eighties, and by 1989, with a fourth release under their belt LAAZ ROCKIT was simply on fire! Annihilation Principle crushes everything in it's path, the band outdoing themselves X 10 with insane monster riffs throughout. 'Fire In The Hole', 'Mob Justice', 'Chasin' Charlie' have the destructive effect of an atomic bomb. The somewhat surprising Dead Kennedys cover of 'Holiday In Cambodia' is simply mesmerizing and surpasses the intensity of the original, but the piece de resistance goes to 'Mirror To Madness', which sound like old Testament on steroids. Closing track 'The Omen' shows a totally different side of the band, especially singer Michael Coons who totally sounds like Sean Harris from Diamond Head on this haunting epic ballad (yes I said ballad). A true underrated thrash classic from a band that deserves more recognition.

I've heard the name of the band but nothing from them.  Sounds interesting though.

Oh, and the cover is coming up as a yellow square again on this end.

Awesome pick for sure Hellboy, I was told to pick up the new Laaz Rockit also.

It is apparently a 'groove' thrash release.

I only own three of the band's albums but this is one of them.  Great release with so great hooks.  Fire in the Hole is a great opener and as a whole there isn't a bad track here.  I think I prefer Know Your Enemy but apparently, from Venom's comments, I need to hear their earlier stuff.

Yes the new album is quite good.  Not on this level but a solid, grooving thrash disc.
